Random BSOD - Windows 7 x64 - Fresh Recovery

1 GB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470
Im getting BSOD's everytime. I even restored my laptop on its factory defaults using the recovery tool of the laptop. Still BSOD's everywhere. I think its software related because it has no errors on Safe Mode.
