BSOD A process or thread crucial to system operation has unexpectedly

Hello,
Since some days now I have been getting a lot of BSOD.
I used WhoCrashed and this is the report i got of my 4 last crash

On Tue 12/27/2011 12:05:29 PM GMT your computer crashed

This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0xDCD10)

My system specs are:
Intel Quad core 2.33ghz
2GB RAM(DDR2)
Nvidia GT220 1gb(DDR2)
Windows 7 32 bit
