Unknown Random BSODs- Freshly recovered system

I am having these random BSODs everytime. I've tried resetting my laptop on its factory defaults and still getting this random blue screens. I also tested my memory using Memtest with atleast 5 passes, NO errors reported. I used check disk many times.
I also tried sfc /scannow but it stopped at 45%.

Also I always get errors like "...has stopped working" from any apps.

I've tried updating all the drivers to the latest, still no help.

I've done 5x full recovery and still BSODs.

Please Help.
