    BSOD With 0x00000124

Hi, This is my first time using any forum but I really need help to resolve this problem.
I'm a pc noob of some sort, I've recently bought a budget gaming pc and I'm upgrading it part by part.

    Current System Spec:

    AMD Phenom II X6 1090T
    4GB DDR3
    ASROCK N68C-S UCC
    Corsair TX 750
    ATI 6970 2GB

Alot of these parts are pretty new less than 6 months old, the system was working with this hardware fine for about a month or so then I started getting BSOD while playing BF3 on ultra settings only when I turned my settings down to medium I was able to play for longer.

But now the BSOD has gotten worse and I now get it while on the desktop, listening to music on media player and watching youtube videos.

My first thought as a noob/novice was to reinstall windows so I changed my OS from windows ultimate x64 to windows ultimate 32x but the problem persist.

I know how to find c:/windows/minidumps but for some reason when I go to attach the DMP files here it won't let me, it says you do not have permission to open this file even though I'm the only administrator on my system.

Hello there. You can find more infor for that error here: Stop 0x124 - what it means and what to try

And, for the dump files... .dmp file is not allowed to attach here. First you'll need to put them in .zip(.rar) archive and then you'll be able to attach them.

Update: I've changed my video card over from my 6970 2GB to my 5670 512MB
    (Problem still persists)

Update: I've changed my 4GB DDR3 Ram for the only spare module I had which was 1GB of DDR2.
    (Problem still persists)

I'm really getting frustrated with this problem I can't use my pc for longer than 30 mins!
And I'm running out of ideas!

Not sure if it's hardware or software causing this it's driving me crazy some one please help!

Check your CPU temps with Core Temp

Let us know the temps at idle and underload.
You max temp should be under 62°C.

Ok, Thanks for the response's I haven't been able to get on to check because of this problem! I'll download core temp tonight and see what temperatures I'm getting at idle and while using some cpu intensive software and report back here as soon as possible.

If it is a heat problem I don't really mind because I'm in the middle of up grading to watercooling!

Wow, I just installed core temp like five minutes after my last post, ran it and my cpu temp was at 27C left my pc there for 10 or so minutes the temp reached 31C and BSOD. I don't think it would be overheating at such a low temperature would it?

I underclock my cpu any way to 800Mhz and it seems to run for alot longer, Do you think there could be a technical fault with my processor?
