BSOD while uploading the file, seems to be tcpip.sys related

Please, help, people! I have been through 3 hours of my technical support and they do not know what it is. I can't upload important file, my job is in jeopardy!

This is a new laptop with 32bit windows professional OEM. Thanks in advance.
