    Related to AtihdLH3.sys High Definition Audio Function Driver from ATI Technologies, Inc.

    Related to
    AODDriver.sys AMD OverDrive Service Driver from Advanced Micro Devices

    First, stop overclocking. (you have 2 overclocking drivers from 2 years apart) Reset everything to default

    Second you have quite a few old drivers in need of updating.

    Code:
    mdmxsdk.sys    6/19/2006 4:27:26 PM    fffff880`079ef000    fffff300`079f3280        0xfffffa8000004280    0x449716be
    secdrv.SYS    9/13/2006 8:18:38 AM    fffff880`07f9b000    002cf8c1`07fa6000        0x002d00410000b000    0x4508052e
    cpuz132_x64.sys    3/26/2009 6:17:23 PM    fffff880`078a2000    fffff880`078aa000        0x00008000    0x49cc0d03
    JakNDis.sys    5/11/2009 3:53:33 PM    fffff880`04256000    fffff300`04261000        0xfffffa800000b000    0x4a08904d
    cdrbsdrv.SYS    6/16/2009 10:37:33 PM    fffff880`0108b000    fffff880`01099000        0x0000e000    0x4a3864fd
    AODDriver.sys    9/2/2009 9:41:48 PM    fffff880`08157000    26221b91`08160000        0x2622231100009000    0x4a9f2cec
    How To Find Drivers:
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
    - - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
    - - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads

    We do need the DMP file as it contains the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

    If you are overclocking STOP

    You may be able to get the DMP files without crashing by booting into safe mode (F8) with networking.

    To enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.

    The procedure:
    * Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
    * Zip up the copy.
    * Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
    *If the files are too large please upload them to a file sharing service like "Rapidshare" and put a link to them in your reply.

    To ensure minidumps are enabled:
    * Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
    * Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
    * Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
    * Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
    * Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
    * OK your way out.
    * Reboot if changes have been made.
