BSOD during very long shutdown, driver_power_state_failure

The screen comes up after maybe 20 minutes of the system trying to shutdown.

I have a Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit, OEM, about a year old.

Please help me figure out the driver to remove/replace.

Thanks.

Vast Majority of these were Related to lvuvc64.sys USB Video Class Driver from Logitech Inc... The others were related to TDR

Your driver is from 2009 and needs to be re-installed using newest.

Thank you very much, I ended up doing a system restore and got rid of the logitech driver. I'm working on getting an updated driver now.
