Windows 7: Daily Blue Screens - Occur usually within minutes of StartUp

Thanks for your help so far guys. I updated my System Specs with what I could get out of the Speccy tool. And yes, I did reinstall easyTether. I am using it as my internet connection as uninstalling it didnt seem to help. I checked the emachines website and all the drivers seem to be up to date (outside of the graphics driver which I downloaded from nvidia and installed today). Do you still recommended downloading and reinstalling these drivers? Trying to install SP1 now. I uploaded another dump file from last night. I checked the System Logs in the Event Viewer and there seem to be quite a lot of errors for the Microsoft Application Virtualization Client. Any ideas? The system prompted CHKDSK last night which took forever and seemed to do quite a lot of repair.

Looking again and the majory of the errors in the application events are from the microsoft application virtualization client. Not even showing its installed in the control panel. Will sp1 address this? Im going to run this tonight when i get home. I cant seem to find any updates for it or how to correct the problem.

If it is still BSOD'ing we need the DMP's

Two more dumps. I am downloading SP1 now. Can someone take a look at these and see what is to blame?

Thanks guys. Its still under warranty so i am gonna ship it off. Talk too a couple guys who think it may be psu or mothboard related. Might as well have the hardware checked while under warranty.
