Windows XP sp3.. freezing after updating Malwarebytes yesterday

    Not sure about the click-free. You can try it or maybe someone else knows. Since you have XP if it doesn't work for XP then you can use WD or Seagate free apps if you have their HD, or free Macrium reflect. Google your HD in Device Manager to find the make.

    As I said you can google that Disk drive listing to find out exactly what make and model it is. However you don't need to do that (except for curiousity) because we can immediately see it's WD or Western Digital.

    Install WD Acronis free cloning/imaging app, save a backup image to your External HD to use if you ever have to reinstall. The manual is right next to the Download link for you to read how to use it.
