Left it on all day while I was at work and there was only one error last night, but the computer never froze...
Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.
    ideas?

    EDIT...
I just finished running a few rounds of MemTest and everything passed.......

My advice is to read the KB, apply the "FIX" via the Fix it for me
You can run hardware tests if you wish -

Test Video - Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark
Test CPU - Hardware - Stress Test With Prime95

Everything was fine for 7 days, and the moment I installed NOD32 the system started locking up again... this is the culprit... I ditched the eval of NOD32 and bought BitDefender instead

I'm glad you found the problem.

Was the ESET NOD32 you installed the most recent version 5.0.95?
