Downloaded and installed that beta driver.
Skyram ran alot better but just as i finished char creation, my laptop crashed.
The screen froze and the noise was stuck, clearly the pc just blocking up.
However this time there was no bluescreen. The pc remained on the same screen with no change. I had to Hold down the power button till the pc rebooted.
The last reported temp by GPU-Z was 93C. <===== waaaaay too hot
What do you make of this?
Was it the temperature or the driver?
I have checked with system requirements lab if my pc can handle skyrim
I scored well past the recommended. and Skyrim itself autoset settings to high.
(however the test i did was at low)
So is it really just overheating and dust? or is it something software related?

I feel we are getting closer to the awnser, and my best thoughts are dust and overheating.

Thanks again

I would say it is probably overheating. I would recommend blowing the dust out REALLY well first. That may take more than one time of hitting it with the compressed air. If that does not resolve the temperature problem, consider getting a laptop cooling station to put under it.

Just as a frame of reference, I have a G210M in my laptop computer, and I have never seen it get above 70 C. It may have at one point, as I was having a horrible problem with frame rates dropping in my games, and when I blew the dust out, my performance issues stopped and my gaming experience actually went back to better than normal.

The reason it was better than normal is I went through the steps in Optimize Windows 7 to optimize my computer before blowing the dust out thinking it was a Windows issue.

Daar heb ik niet echt op gelet

Also, i was thinking of using a Pump to blow out the dust. I guess ill try that first, run the test to see if it crashes, if so ill try canned air.
Another question, do i just blow air trough the fan or do i remove the cover and clean out the inside?

I just try to blow into every vent possible on laptops. Desktops are easier because you can take the case off and fit it back on easily. Laptops have some strange fittings sometimes, so they are hard to get back together if taken apart. The other thing you can do is open up all the small covers (RAM, hard disk, CD/DVD drive) and blow the air into those areas to get into the board more. Just make sure with the can of air that it is upright the whole time so the fluid inside does not get on the components.

I bought a miniaturized compressor designed to blow out electronics so I don't have to deal with cans of air anymore. There is also no fluid to accidentally get on components. A big plus is it's better for the environment not to have all those cans in the dumps. If you're interested, http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...00_i00_details works really well. It's a little loud, but it gets more dust out than the cans of air do.
