Computer crashes when waking up

Hi, sometimes when coming out of sleep mode I'll be greeted with the boot screen. Upon logging into Windows, I get the "Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown" error:

Code:
Problem signature:
  Problem Event Name:	BlueScreen
  OS Version:	6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3
  Locale ID:	1033

Additional information about the problem:
  BCCode:	9088
  BCP1:	FFFFF880056CE880
  BCP2:	FFFFF880056CE884
  BCP3:	FFFFF880056CE890
  BCP4:	FFFFF880056CE894
  OS Version:	6_1_7600
  Service Pack:	0_0
  Product:	768_1

Files that help describe the problem:
  C:\Windows\Minidump\010412-44257-01.dmp
  C:\Users\Ian\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-88561-0.sysdata.xml
System:
Code:
Home Premium 64bit
OEM
I've had this computer for about a one-two years, I've done a couple(three) factory resets though.
CPU: Intel Celeron 900 2.20GHz
Ram: 2GB
I've had this about 3-4 times this week, not a really big problem and kinda annoying. Can anyone help me please?

Hello, Water Chicken
Caused by: Intel Matrix Storage Manager driver (iaStor.sys)

so I recommend you to install the newest one avaible from Intel: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/

Thanks for the reply.
I found the driver but when installing it says the current version I have is newer then the one I'm about to install. I can't find any other versions of it either. Could you possibly post the link to the latest one?
