BSOD FFFFFA8009F6D028 , help appreciated

Hello, got several times BSOD (5times in 3 hours) and didnt find any help in the internet, so i thought u could possibly help.

I am not aware of installing anything new in like 1 week horizont (only update for firefox 9.0.1) but i dont think that will be the problem.

anyway:

Windows 7 home premium x64, OEM verion, hardware and OS is like 1 year old, not reintalled yet

My system is as follows:
Gigabyte GA-P55-USB3 (rev.2.0)
Intel Core i5-760 BOX
MSI R6870-2PM2D1GD5 1GB DDR5
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium CZ 64bit OEM
