If you have done memtest correctly (5-6 passes) and let driver verifier run for at least 36 hours, then we have to start looking at some less frequent issues.

Sometimes c-media drivers interact badly with BIOS. Since at least one of your crashes is Related to CM10864.sys Audio WDM Driver from C-Media Electronics Inc, and yours is 2 years old I would update the audio driver and the BIOS.

Be sure to back up first.

The apparent causes are all over the map so just to be safe download malwarebytes and run it.

    These drivers need updating

    Code:
    lmimirr.sys 4/10/2007 5:32:45 PM fffff880`053f1000 fffff880`053f8000 0x00007000 0x461c108d
    RaInfo.sys 1/4/2008 1:57:14 PM fffff880`06339000 fffff300`06340000 0xfffffa8000007000 0x477e818a
    LMIRfsDriver.sys 7/14/2008 11:26:56 AM fffff880`06340000 fffff880`06353000 0x00013000 0x487b7e50
    How To Find Drivers:
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
    - - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
    - - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads

    explaining the memtest, driver verifier

how do i know how many passes memtest did? i just boot from cd the v4.20 and it started by itself.

Driver verifier- i just did all the options needed and then reboot, didnt see any timestamp on working(at least 36 hours)...

lmimirr.sys - logmein, the software updated to the latest, never had problems with it before.
    RaInfo.sys - Above
    LMIRfsDriver.sys - Above

Just to be safe i uininstalled the software with revo uninstaller and downloaded new from site.
how can i post the new drivers of the software alone, without all the other info?

Memtest will say in the display window what pass it is on

BSOD's are a combination of things. What worked all along may now not work when you add something. btw logmein is known to cause bsod's on some systems

We will know that dates if you crash again.

Unfortunately Though I am a member at both those, the methods that the particular analysts use vary so the results there may be different here.

You have been helped by some excellent people. JCGRIFF is also here, Elmer know as well.

It may just not be fixable, especially if you dont want to make as much effort as we are.
