BSOD + Freezing Error

Let me first say:

SYSTEM SPECS:

Windows 7 64 bit
8gb RAM
EVGA GTX 570 HD SC
650 WATT Power supply
AMD PHENOM II x6 1100T (6 CPU) 3.3GHz

I'm having two problems as of now. They probably relate but anyhow:

Firstly in games I usually get to the point that my card freezes (N) and the screen shuts of and I have to manually reboot the system. Sometimes instead though it'll be a bluescreen and error says:

"Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1
Locale ID: 1033
Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: a
BCP1: FFFFF8804B70C588
BCP2: 0000000000000008
BCP3: 0000000000000000
BCP4: FFFFF80002CCC3F7
OS Version: 6_1_7600
Service Pack: 0_0
Product: 256_1
Files that help describe the problem:
C:\Windows\Minidump\010812-28501-01.dmp
C:\Users\Bojan\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-47564-0.sysdata.xml
Read our privacy statement online:

If the online privacy statement is not available, please read our privacy statement offline:

Now what I will say is YES I did recently reboot my windows to see if it fixed the problem and it just didn't work!

Anyhow below is the Rar folder!

Welcome to sf.

Your drivers look up-to-date. Two questions...

- are your overclocking your gpu?

- are you able to monitor the gpu heat?

I'm not overclocking from what I know. I've had someone else ask me that same question. I just did a clean boot up of windows 7, and I'm not sure on how to check if I've ever overclocked my GPU before.

I do monitor heat and I don't go over 55 C or 60C so I don't think heats the issue here?

Well your card has been stressed without problem. And it's not a heat issue. Don't understand for GTX 570 to be a high end card, why is the fps is so low? Power supply is sufficient. What is the make/model of your motherboard?

It's an ASUS motherboard from what I know of, when I open it I can't really see what Asus it is but I can tell you it's Asus :P.
