BlueScreen all the time...3b c0000005...no idea what else to do

    Hi,
I've no more ideas what to do with this PC right now. I've done almost everything (everything but format and reinstall, its not possible because of home banking app running currently on it and weeks before guy can come and reinstall it on my pc, and this app is needed all the time by me), i think all drivers are up to date, Antivirus IS working and it's legal.

System is Windows 7 x64 Home Premium OEM
PC was bought less than one month from now on, system was preinstalled, only updated all drivers on it to latest ones.

    PC is Emachines ET1840.

In attachment i add minidump and all stuff made like in "bsod posting instruction".

If any more details needed, please tell me, because i'm gonna cry soon I just need this PC stable and working and i've totally no idea what to do now...

File "błąd.txt" is last error code copied after PC restarted after bsod.
Report file from perfmon is zipped.
As you can see in ZIP, it's BSOD like hell :/ even 4 times a day.

It's all in polish, because system i've running is PL and i'm PL also, so sorry for language mistakes if i've done any.

    EDIT:

Forgot to say. I was also running memtestx86+ from bootable CD for 3 hours, it passed 2 or 3 times with no errors.

    Hi.

Update software\driver for Realtek RTL8168D/8111D Family PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC.

    Realtek.

Remove eset\nod32 from your system for testing purposes.

Download and install Microsoft Security Essentials with windows firewall enable.

For your system security you can also read this Good and Free system security combination.

Download and install the new version of Driver Sweeper.

Download the most recent software\driver for your ati AMD Graphics Drivers & Software.

Uninstall ati software\driver,restart in safe mode, run driver sweeper, choose only AMD-Display and clean, restart in normal mode.

    Install the new ati software\driver,restart.

    Update DirectX.

Read carefully the instructions and run NVIDIA/AMD Video Card - Test with OCCT post here the results.

Run RAM - Test with Memtest86+
Let it run until at least 7 passes are completed, or errors are found (whichever comes first). The longer you run it, the better.

    Finish and post back.

Some of above are not possible to be done right now, as long as im not sitting by this pc - i'm doing things trough TeamViewer app. I'm not able right now to run memtest again, this will be possible maybe next week, because this PC is ~50km from me.
Antivirus is not possible to use a free one, as long as this PC is running in small business.

DX is latest trough web setup. GIGABIT is updated right now, ATI is latest available, installed with cleaning system before.

I cant help you if you don't follow my instructions.

    Remove eset\nod32 from your system.

Then run the ESETUninstaller to remove any eset fragments.

Read carefully the instructions and run NVIDIA/AMD Video Card - Test with OCCT post here the results.

Run RAM - Test with Memtest86+
Let it run until at least 7 passes are completed, or errors are found (whichever comes first). The longer you run it, the better.

    Eset is uninstalled.

    OCCT:
cannot run memtest - no CUDA in graphic. GPU pass with no errors

Memtest is not possible to do now.
