The crash was due to your gaming mouse. The driver appears to be pre-Windows 7, so please update it. If you are unable to update it, replace it with hardware that is up to date. To check if it is up to date, use the following steps.Code:Loading Dump File [C:\Users\Mike\Downloads\BSODDmpFiles\xnyk\Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2\010912-21933-01.dmp] Mini Kernel Dump File: Only registers and stack trace are available Symbol search path is: SRV*c:\users\mike\documents\symbols*http://msdl.microsoft.com/download/symbols Executable search path is: Windows 7 Kernel Version 7601 (Service Pack 1) MP (8 procs) Free x64 Product: WinNt, suite: TerminalServer SingleUserTS Personal Built by: 7601.17640.amd64fre.win7sp1_gdr.110622-1506 Machine Name: Kernel base = 0xfffff800`03656000 PsLoadedModuleList = 0xfffff800`0389b670 Debug session time: Mon Jan 9 14:35:55.378 2012 (UTC - 7:00) System Uptime: 0 days 1:06:54.268 Loading Kernel Symbols ............................................................... ................................................................ ............................... - Click Start Menu
- Right click My Computer/Computer
- Click Manage
- Click Device Manager from the list on the left
- Expand Human Interface Devices, Mice and other pointing devices, or Sound video and game controllers to find your mouse
- Right click on the mouse and click Properties
- Check the Driver Date in the Driver tab.
If the date is before July, 2009, the driver is not necessarily compatible with Windows 7. You could try installing it with the steps in Drivers - Install Vista Drivers on Windows 7
it does say it's from 2008 but there's no updates available for it. what do i do?
edit: nvm i guess if it happens again i will just uninstall the drivers
Any luck with the gaming mouse drivers after uninstall?
