There are only a few possibilities left. You may have a virus. Check for viruses.
Download and install the free version of Malwarebytes : Free anti-malware, anti-virus and spyware removal download (do not start the trial) and make sure it is updated. Do not run a scan yet.
Download VIPRE Rescue - VIPRE Computer Recovery Solution from Sunbelt Software but do not unzip it yet
Download the Fakerean removal tool but do not run it yet.
Start your computer in Safe Mode
Unzip VIPRE Rescue and let it run.
Run a full scan with Malwarebytes.
Run the fakerean removal tool.

Well I created the another new user account for my system and also deleted the old account, I thought it may solve my problem but it didn't help me.
I have used Malwarebytes and i found the system is completely clean, I also regularly update my antivirus so no any virus problem were found, I have also used bitdefender online scanner it didn't detect any harmful content or virus.
So I guess there may not be other possibe solution to this issue but i will try to find it by removing all software one by one or replacing them, may be it will give some information.
Thanks writhziden for helping me to solve my problem and for your suggestions, It's really nice of you thanks again.

Alright, sounds good. Let us know if you find the software causing the problem.

If you are still unable to solve the problem after uninstalling software, try a Repair Install and let us know if you need help going through the steps for the repair install.
