Alright, I just read through all the steps we have given and what has been carried out, and I realize now you never actually tested the graphics card hardware (or failed to mention if you did). If you still have Verifier enabled, disable it: Start Menu -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Right click command prompt -> Run as administrator ->
verifier /reset
-> Restart your computer.

It may be that the graphics card is bad and so it was having difficulty with the monitor. It could also be a PSU or motherboard issue. We need to narrow it down.

Start by doing the hardware tests in my previous post.

I'll run the tests. The PSU is brand new though(bought it like...3-4 weeks ago). Wouldn't really surprise me if the graphics card is bad, I can't think of any other reason why I'd only have problems when I'm running games. If it's the motherboard, that would suck, as I just got it in January of last year.

For Fumark, what kind of problem am I looking for? I ran it for an hour and had no problems. That was all the time I had the other day to do it, so I ran it again later and my comp froze(i'm assumming it was like a USB BUGCODE DRIVER error or a MEMORY MANAGEMENT error because that's all is eem to get anymore". There were no 'artifacts".

I also don't really know what I'm looking for in the other tests too.

You should be monitoring temperatures during Furmark to make sure they do not get too high (above 90 C); the graphics memory test should finish and let you know if any errors were found.

Yeah the temp didn't exceed 79C. I need to correct my earlier post though, I do get random bsods outside of running games. I'm just being an idiot.

Got a Driver IRQL Not or Less Equal error after formatting and installing Windows 7 fresh, then installing an ATI HDMI Audio driver from XFX's website. It didn't happen immediately nor did I reboot. I was downloading CCC so I walked away and came back to a blue screen.

So tired of this. I just don't have the time right now to sit there with a computer for hours on end in order to "test" it, especially considering I have to constantly start the tests over because of the USB BUGCODE DRIVER and MEMORY MANAGEMENT errors(which ALWAYS happen within an hour, usually its like under 10 minutes). It's not like they'd stop just because I'm running a test.

Try running with just one of your memory modules at a time. Test that module in all slots and see if it works. If it does not, the module may be bad, and you should test the other module with the same tactics. You want to find a module that works (and in turn, find a slot that works), then test that module in the other slots to see if you have any bad slots.

Just run windows with the above steps and see if it is stable. Make sure you Avoid Static Damage to Your PC | PCWorld when moving the modules around.
