I have run memtest... 8 passes... no errors.

I am now running verifier... I have no data on the computer, but I have created a restore point and rescue disc as advised.

I shall be in touch... thx.

Good news on memtest, and good luck
Hi ZizZag

I'm back as is the BSOD.

After we last spoke I updated my video drivers (nvidia) and all seemed to be good. No BSOD.

Today the BSOD is back... system_service_exception

I have attached a zip file with the .dmp file and a system health report.

Hope you can help.

Thanks

Fredbv

Hi Zigzag

is yet another .dmp file from the latest BSOD.

By the way what do I do to retrieve data from verifier once I get a BSOS?

Thx again.
