    BSOD On Laptop Maybe Symantec Endpoint At Fault


    I'm getting a BSOD and from what I can find out it may be Symantec at fault but I wanted to see if anybody can verify my guess. I ran a lot of test and it is attach below. Thanks for anybody that can help.

    Which Service Pack: Service Pack 1
    Motherboard Mfr. and model number: Unknown: Laptop Dell Latitude E6520
    CPU Type and Speed: In Attachment
    BIOS Version:
    Memory (RAM) Mfr. and model number,
    Video Card Type and Speed,
    Power Supply Unit (PSU) Mfr. and Wattage.

    Hi.


    The crash\bsod caused from Symantec Endpoint Protection firewall.


    So,remove symantec\norton from your system.


    Download and install Microsoft Security Essentials with windows firewall enable.



    You can also use this Good and Free system security combination.



    Finish
    and post back.
