Though in your drivers list you have,
epfwwfp.sys ESET Personal Firewall Driver.
epfw.sys ESET\nod32.
If you
have Eset installed just remove it from your system because is the cause of the bsod\crash.
If you
had Eset installed then run this tool to clean any left fragments
http://download.eset.com/special/ESETUninstaller.exe
Then check in C:\Windows\System32\drivers for these drivers epfwwfp.sys,epfw.sys.
If they are still there rename their sys to old.
epfwwfp.
sys to epfwwfp.
old
epfw.
sys to epfw.
old
Restart.
