BSOD when surfing web

Hi,
Problem occurs only when browsing the net and not during games, even heavy.
Memtest ok. PSU replaced to OCZ 750 W.
Antyvir is NOD32 by ESET ver. 4.2.71.2 - and should be recognized by Perfmon, and it isn't...
however...
I just updated BIOS ("Desc: Improve stability issues") on this ASUS M5A97 PRO board.
Problem has not manifested itself since, but who knows... we're waiting.
Your diagnose would still be precious nevertheless.
Is Windows 7 . . .
- x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? - Home Premium 64 bit
- the original installed OS on the system? - yes
- an OEM or full retail version? - OEM
- What is the age of system (hardware)? - 1 month
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) - 1 month
TIA

Your .dmp file shows a stop error of 0x124 which is a general hardware error .
Quote:
A "stop 0x124" is fundamentally different to many other types of bluescreens because it stems from a hardware complaint.

Stop 0x124 minidumps contain very little practical information, and it is therefore necessary to approach the problem as a case of hardware in an unknown state of distress
Some generic advice.

If you are overclocking STOP. Return to the default settings at least for now.
If you are running a RAID update its driver.
