BSOD Help.RANDOM BUGCODE DRIVER ERRORS Asus N53SV - EH71 Laptop

Hi, i've had this Asus for about 2 months now and i've experienced 3 BSOD's. They are random and i almost kinda think they happen if i leave the laptop on for a long time, like say; a couple days, but i'm not quite certain.

    System Specs:
    Model - Asus N53sv
    Windows 7 Home Premium X64
    Intel i7 2670QM (4 cores)(Hyper-threaded)
NVIDIA GeForce GT 540m Graphics Card/ Driver Date: 20110306
    HL-DT-ST DVDRAM
    Atheros AR9002WB-1NG Wireless Network Adapter
    Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller
    Realtek HD Audio

Also, to note, the first ever bluscreen reported something bout a DRIVER POWER STATE FAILURE or something similar... The last 2 however have been BUGCODE DRIVER ERROR BSOD's

I've attached the dumpfiles in a zip file... Please i need your help and im woried, because its a new computer and i don't know what could be causing it.
Oh i also have dameon tools installed, and a program called motionjoy that helps me to emulate game controllers on my system when i plug in a gamepad.... I did research on the motionjoy program, and the error that it gives if your pc crashes from it is different from mine so i doubt its that. Please help , the computer is barlely 2 months old

The issue is USBHUB.sys. Thats an OS file that is timing out waiting for a USB device to respond.

    Some other things of note

    Related to
atkwmiacpi64.sys ATK WMIACPI Utility from ASUS. I would remove it.

    Related to
ASMMAP64.sys Memory mapping Driver from ASUS. It is over 3 years old an needs updating. (it was released before win 7 and cant know how to work in it)

Your ESET is from 2009 and in serious need of update if you want to rely on its protection.

    USBHUB.sys

What devices do you have plugged into USB? How many are unpowered?

The information you provided, while good, is not the best. It does not give enough information about your system to determine the root cause of your crashes. Please follow the https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html so we have more information about your system to provide more informed troubleshooting steps.
