I managed to fix that "bootable partition" problem and ran the test. Both of them havent detected any problems.

If it had to fix errors, run it again. You want to run it until the disk check detects no errors with the drive so you do not have a reoccurrence of your problems.

What does fakerean do, and is there any risk on launching it?

It cleans up the OS 2012 virus and puts system files and user files back where they belong. There is no risk to running it. If you do not have the virus, things are already where they belong, so it does nothing to the system.

Were any viruses found? Is your system stable?
