how do i take ownership of the DMP files?

Are you talking about DMP files on your computer? Try moving them to your desktop.

Problem: Video hardware error
Files that help describe the problem:
WD-20120112-2131.dmp
sysdata.xml
WERInternalMetadata.xml

when i checked for errors i got this.

Are you trying to read your own DMP files?

Hello, I've tried every solution to try to gain access to some files on my computer. I've tried using unlocker, and other right-clicky programs. I've tried removing and re-adding myself to the group with full control via security > Edit... I'm totally stumped! Any ideas? :confused:
