Memory Management/Page fault in nonpaged area BSOD

Hey guys, just got a new PC.

    Board: Sabertooth P67
    CPU: Intel Core i7 2600 3.4GHz
    Grafics: Asus Radeon HD 6770 1GB GDDR5
    Memory: Corsair Vengeance 2x4GB 1600 (CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9)

The thing is.. at first it installed allright with everything inside.. then it crashed like 2 times and i didnt bother too much.. until i couldnt log in anymore. i tried rising the voltage on the RAM to 1.52.. changed the Command Rate to 2.. but OS dont run with both plugged in.. i can only run OS with only 1 stick plugged.. i already interchanged them.. they both work fine (ie. no BSOD) single.. if i put them both plugged OS dont run (it stops when its loading windows.. ie. windows logo dont appear and it doesnt move anymore)

    Hope this helped you understand,

SABERTOOTH-P67 BIOS 2103 improves memory compatibility and system stability. What is your bios?

EDIT: added some minidumps.. last one was today.
