I doubt it. This is a video issue.

The most recent DMP 's are the same.

Just updating what I've done so far. I have looked into this further and found a huge amount of people with similar issues. So far what I've found is that the Nvidia HD audio driver seems to be causing alot of problems for people. After running a clean install of my video drivers without Nvidia HD Audio I am still experiencing this problem. I then found a thread on the EVGA forums indicating that there could be a fix by disabling the HD audio as uninstalling it and clean installing without it does not remove the device. So I followed the steps and disabled the HD audio device in device manager that paired up with the PCI bus slot that my 580 was in. After doing this I still am getting the same issue. Some also reported success with increasing the PCI-E frequency to 103 so I am about to attempt this. If this does not work then I guess I'll take the next recommended course of action: RMAing both the card and board back and have them test both hardware with each other. There is currently an Nvidia thread with over 106 pages (wow) with tons of different fixes and I have tried tons of them. Anyways, thanks for everyone that contributed to helping me but if the PCI-E frequency doesn't fix this problem it looks like I'm going to have to send these products back and see what they can tell me.
