BSOD BCcode: 124 while playing games
I would like to say "hello!" to everyone here as this is my first topic on these forums. I was "forced" to make an account and start this thread because I'm experiencing a very annoying error on my new pc.

Now, let me explain. I mainly get this error when playing games. TDU2 and Skyrim are just 2 of the games i played and encounter this error.
In Skyrim the screen freezes and I get some stripes (kinda different from the stripes I got some years ago when my graphic card was faulty, so I guess they're not artefacts from video card problems).
In TDU the screen just goes black.
The only sollution is to restart the PC, and after I do that I get that error text comming up.
Now, like every sane person, first thing I did was to check the temperatures and the voltages. The proc stays at around 40 in idle and 55-60 full load (alt tab when playing a game). The GPU reaches about 60-70 full load, but the fan isn't spinning top speed which tells me it can handle a way bigger temperature.
The voltages are also pretty ok (the normal +-5%)
Now, next step was to google my problem. Man I was happy when I saw there are loads of threads on the subject. Said to myself that will be easy to fix it, but found out the error is caused by many things and what applied to others, didn't applied to me.
What I tried based on recomandations from the other forums/topics:
-stressed my proc to the limits with prime95. The temp stays somewhere under 75 degrees after 2-3 hours of running prime. Tried every test, and my proc passed them all, without crashing or anything.
-next step was the ram. First I check with the Windows 7 tool, 2 passes, extended test. Passed. Next I checked with memtest. Left it running for abut 4 hours (closed it 20 mins ago), without any single error.
-double check every setting in BIOS, every reverting to defaults and then tampering with settings some more. The proc is on stock frequency (fsb266, multiplier x12), memory is downclocked, from 1600 to 1333 (my mobo only supports DDR3 1333).
-Double check every single cable in the pc, including the power supply ones. Removed the dvd-rw and my secondary IDE HDD just to make sure.
After all that, 5 mins before beginning to write this topic, BAM! played TDU2 for 30 mins and got the freeze.
So, where should I go from here? All the components are brand new, bought like... 1 month ago and have warranty. I just need to identify the faulty component so I can go change it.
P.S.
I don't always get the error fast. Sometimes I play 3-4 hours w/o getting it, sometimes after 20 mins.
I`m willing to install/uninstall anything, but please, PLEASE let's leave "Reinstall Windows" as a last solution
Thanks in advance to anyone willing to help and sorry if my English is not stellar. I`m not a native English speaker.
