Caused by Bitdefender, which is a known blue screen crash cause on some systems. Please remove bitdefender following the second method (bitdefender's uninstall tool) in How to uninstall BitDefender and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows to run with Windows firewall.

Post back whether this resolves your stability problems.

Yeah, that is bad news... Sorry. For future reference, it is usually a good idea to try the trial version of security software to make sure there are no compatibility conflicts with the system. Maybe you can get a refund?
