and i used sfc /scannow and this pop'd up
Beginning verification phase of system scan.
verification 100% complete.
Windows Resource protection did not find any integrity voilations.

My system is only around a year and a half old and i take very good care of it

My system has crashed before for the same reason and i tried to restore my computer and nothing happened , so i whiped it and put new windows on it and that fixed it for a few months but this is getting ridiculous and i really need the data on this harddrive, any help at all is appricated ( may have uploaded a file twice sorry if i did.)
