Windows 7: Brand new machine, frequent BSODs (IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL)

Brand new machine, frequent BSODs (IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL)

I think IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL was the most common, but also PFN_LIST_CORRUPT and others.

I got this machine yesterday.
Installed Windows 7 Ultimate x64 (Full Retail), and it crashes every 3-4 hours.
It crashes when I'm browsing or opening windows, but also when I am _not_ at the machine (and screen saver is running).

I got the latest mother board drivers from ASRock's website.
Also, Windows updates... although I couldn't get SP1 because of an error (800b0100) -- for which I installed Fix It 50123 and 50202, but they didn't help. This didn't affect the BSODs in any way -- it was the same before and after the Windows updates.

Thanks guys!
Any help would be appreciated.

Two of these were Related to rtl8192ce.sys NDIS Driverr from Realtek Semiconductor Corporation.

I would re-install the newest available driver.

I would also run a system file check to verify and repair the OS files

To do this type cmd in search, then right click to run as administrator, then
SFC /SCANNOW

It may need to be run up to three times before successful
Let us know the results from the report at the end

Sorry for the late reply.
SFC /SCANNOW was successful the first time.

I updated the rtl8192 drivers (that's my wifi adapter)... and did some more testing:
- If I remove the wifi adapter completely, the problems still continue.
- with removed wifi adapter and LAN adapter disabled from BIOS, the system ran fine for 24 hours (although I haven't been using it much in this conection-less state).

So, most likely, those two are problematic, each by itself.
Currently, I am have disabled the LAN adapter and use the wifi, it's a tiny bit better maybe, but still it crashes a lot.

Attached are new dumps.

Thanks again!
