Yeah the folder doesn't have a name I'm not sure how that's possible.

Of course you are logged on as administrator?
If it still can't be deleted then I could be time for a format and re-install.
There are probably some bootable CD's that might allow you to delete the folder
and it's contents. I Recommend that you search the site for linux cd's that will allow you to boot into linux and then you should be able to remove the directory.
Maybe someone else can remember the name of the bootable cd that will allow y ou to delete the directory.
Or, have you tried to boot your windows 7 original disk and the going to the repair option and dropping to the command prompt and removing the directory that way"?
