The fact that your crashes happen while playing Skyrim. You also had a hardware stop, which could mean a bad card or bad SLI bridge or your system not liking the SLI bridge. There are no clear cut indications that yours is faulty, but there have been a number of cases on these forums where the nVidia bridge removal resulted in the system running stable. I recommended this as a testing step, as well as testing each graphics card individually.

One of the best ways to determine what hardware is causing a 0x124 hardware stop is to start removing hardware components that are not necessary for the system to run and see if any of those components may be faulty.

What were the results of removing the SLI bridge?

Thanks for the reply.

Removing the card and using just one resulted in the same thing, I have borrowed a friends card and the issue still occurs. I am now concerned its my motherboard?

One way to be sure is backup all important files and Clean Install Windows 7

May be worth trying to run on one stick of RAM at a time, too. Sometimes Memetest86+ does not pick up errors due to a bad module if the module is only starting to fail.
