Yes, I know this post was a hundred years ago. However, I didn't see any solution. I had a friend of mine with this problem and he kept formatting his PC, until we found the problem.

Remove any iPhone related application that you have, I'm not sure if iTunes needs to be removed, but he had: Imacsoft, ifunbox, ipodrip. If you have any utility program for the iPhone, go ahead and try uninstalling it.
