Random BSOD's After New Windows Install & During SWTOR

Ok, after the frustration of my previous post I have completely reinstalled windows:
    Windows 7 ultimate x64 Retail
I am getting random BSOD's after the brand new install and format, also I have used a program called Driver Genius 2011 to scan for any errors and so far none were found, I cant even decide what triggers the BSOD's. My PC specs are in my profile and have only had it since Christmas 2010, with the recent addition of a Radeon HD 6770 card in order to play SWTOR. I can't for the life of me figure out how it is still doing it after a clean install. Someone, anyone, please help. I've followed the posting instructions and have uploaded both requested files in a .zip file!
    Thanks!
    -Zach
P.S. I started the new thread since I reinstalled windows, I hope that is ok, I'm new to forums and just completely fed up with my PC right now...

Forgot to mention I'm getting Driver_IRQL errors, Page File in Unpaged Area, and System Service BSOD's, like I said so completely random I don't even know how to post a proper title....

Set the over clock back to default & see how that goes.

I have no idea really how to do that, and I've been all through the BIOS turning off anything and everything that even remotely looks like OC off and it still seems to happen.
Thanks for the super fast response btw.

If you have a high end card you may want to underclock it until Bioware fixes their optimizations. Recently they introduced optimizations to make the game reasonable for low end cards but this has come at the cost of destabilizing (and potentially damaging) high end cards with BSOD and BLSOD -- which also results with corrupted DX resource and gpu drivers (both of whichi may need to be reinstalled after a SWTOR crash).

I wouldn't run the game at all with newer gpus until it has been addressed because this has a chance of damaging high end gpus.

I've been scouring these forums day and night for any sort of clue to help remedy my BSOD's and so far just bits and pieces.
To update this post a little bit and possibly reitterate a bit:
This is after a fresh install of Windows 7 Ultimate x64
I've updated every single thing Windows Update wants me to
Used Driver Genius 2011 and scanned constantly, updated everything it reccomended with its latest database,
Installed all the latest drivers for my ATI Radeon HD 6770 (as recent as two days ago)

Still getting BSOD's, operating from a combination of iPhone, wife's laptop, and work computers. Any information would be a great help, my debug and requested info from the posting instructions are on the very first post as an attachment. I haven't underclocked liked the previous post said because I am unsure of how to do it and don't want to risk damaging my brand new video card.
I throw myself to the mercy of Seven Forums and its infinite knowledge because if this doesn't work or I can't fix it I must resort to the PC repair shop :-(.
    Thanks!

    1. This is usually related to hardware or a driver fault. Other possible causes are Memory problems... Graphics card memory problems... CMOS... Corrupted hard disk system files... Corrupted System Files... Missing Windows Updates... Drivers...
    2. This was caused by DirectX, your graphics card, or your graphics card driver. Other possible causes are Memory problems... Corrupted hard disk system files... Corrupted System Files... Graphics Driver...
    3. Caused by your graphics driver or an underlying driver conflict due to another driver causing the graphics driver to fail.
    4. This was the second crash that resulted while launcher.exe was running.
    5. Possible causes are Memory problems... Viruses... Corrupted hard disk system files... Corrupted System Files... Lack of Windows updates... Drivers...
Thanks to JMH for helping with my understanding of this crash.

Thanks to Dave76 for help understanding possible causes.

We will start with the common problems first (see bold possible causes). Do the following steps and test after each to see if stability increases (the memory tests you can run concurrently as they will not increase stability unless you are forced to move modules around). Post back your results after each step, and if you get a blue screen crash, upload the files again and await further instructions after we are able to analyze the crash.

    • If you are overclocking any hardware, please stop.

    • Download and install HWiNFO64 Download to check hardware temperatures.

    • Use FurMark: VGA Stress Test, Graphics Card and GPU Stability Test, Burn-in Test, OpenGL Benchmark and GPU Temperature | oZone3D.Net to test the graphics card GPU. Then use the |MG| Video Memory Stress Test 1.7.116 Download to test your graphics card memory.

    • Run Hardware - Stress Test With Prime95 to determine any hardware problems. Run all three tests for a few hours each. If you get errors, stop the test and post back here.

    • Follow the steps for Diagnosing basic problems with DirectX. To re-install your display card drivers as outlined in the DirectX link, use the following steps.

      1. Download the latest drivers for your display card(s)
      2. Click Start Menu
      3. Right Click My Computer/Computer
      4. Click Manage
      5. Click Device Manager from the list on the left
      6. Expand Display adapters
      7. Do the following for each adapter (in case you have multiple display cards)
        • Right click the adapter
        • Click Uninstall (do not click OK in the dialog box that pops up after hitting Uninstall)
        • Put a tick in Delete driver software for this device (if this option is available, otherwise just hit OK) and hit OK
      8. Restart your computer after uninstalling drivers for all display cards
      9. Install the latest driver for the display cards once Windows starts

      Alternatively:
      1. Login as an adminstrative user
      2. Download the latest drivers for your display card(s)
      3. Click Start Menu
      4. Click Control Panel
      5. Click Hardware and Sound
      6. Click Device Manager (the last link under Devices and Printers)
      7. Expand Display adapters
      9. Restart your computer after uninstalling drivers for all display cards
      10. Install the latest driver for the display cards once Windows starts

    • An underlying driver may be incompatible\conflicting with your system. Run Driver Verifier to find any issues. To run Driver Verifier, do the following:
      a. Backup your system and user files
      b. Create a system restore point
      c. If you do not have a Windows 7 DVD, Create a system repair disc
      d. Run Driver Verifier

If Windows cannot start in normal mode with driver verifier running, start in safe mode. If it cannot start in safe mode or normal mode, restore the system restore point using System Restore OPTION TWO.

Thanks to zigzag3143 for contributing to the Verifier steps.
If you are unable to start Windows with all drivers being verified or if the blue screen crashes fail to create .dmp files, run them in groups of 5 or 10 until you find a group that causes blue screen crashes and stores the blue screen .dmp files.
