    will do that right away an let u know the results!! so one of my problems is def the hard drive it needs to be sent back since it is faulty an under warranty??

    It looks that way. You should run a hard drive diagnostic with diagnostic tools just to be sure. Use the tools from the drive's manufacturer (Western Digitial, Samsung, etc.). You can find the name of the manufacturer through the BIOS in most cases.

    well left memetest+ running all night an got ten passes an no errors!! hard drive diagnostic have to be run in windows cause the its unstable an will never get a chance to finish??

    Who manufactures your hard drive? We can help you find a bootable diagnostic tool from the manufacturer of the drive so you do not have to run it in Windows.

    For some the dft test wont pick my hdd ive tried both options but no luck!

    Try the hard disk utilities provided with Ultimate Boot CD - Overview; you can read the description of each in the overview provided in that link and determine which suits your needs best.
