BSOD after installing 600w PS and 6670 Radeon

Can someone please tell me what this means? I've had this computer for 2 years and I have never received the BSOD, until now. Then again, this is the first time I've upgraded its components.

The BSOD occurred while creating a Windows 7 System Repair Disc. During the creation of the disc, the blue screen happened.

There were no .dmp files in the report. Please configure mindumps to be created on BSOD by following OPTION ONE step 6. Post back if you have another crash after configuring your .dmp files. Also, do not use any cleaning tools (ccleaner, windows disk clean) as these can delete .dmp files after they occur.
