ok, uninstalling now.Remove your audio drivers, check for new drivers at the Asus site. If they are the same drivers you have now, you will need to find an older driver.

Ok, on itAfter you get some Driver Verifier crash dumps, let's bring the DRAM and VTT CPU voltages down.
They are high, your CPUZ SPD tab doesn't agree with those voltages.
They might be reasonable for 16GB RAM, but for 1X4GB RAM you should lower them to see if it has any affect.
Although I haven't seen high DRAM and VTT CPU voltages cause a crash, it is worth a try.
