AtBroker.exe (0xc00000ba)

Ok, so i changed some settings on my Windows 7 64bit, and it said i needed to restart to activate the changes. When it came back on, i logged in, and got an error message saying: AtBroker.exe: Failed to run application properly (0xc00000ba). click OK to terminate the program. Then, i click ok. then continues to this blank screen of pure light blue nothingness. all i see is my mouse. it does the same thing on safe mode. Please help! its very frusterating.

Use Advanced Boot Options to get to the System Recovery Options and choose System Restore. Follow OPTION TWO of System Restore.

System restore does not affect user files. If you have saved files within your program files that you do not want to lose, copy them to a file in your Documents folder.

Yes. Try a date prior to when you were having problems.
