Windows 7: Blue Screen error, BCCODE : d1

Hi, recently, I've encountered blue screen error BCCode : d1. I know it has something to do with driver but I have no idea which driver has problem.

I followed the steps in the instruction and attached the win_nt6 folders and perfmon file.

Perfmon reports that your Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client is disabled.
If you can, uninstall it from your system. If you can't, then enable it, update it, and then disable it again.

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on Windows 7 systems due to the sptd.sys driver.
Please uninstall the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): DuplexSecure - FAQ

MSI Afterburner (along with Riva Tuner and EVGA Precison) are known to cause BSOD's with Windows 7 systems. Please uninstall it immediately.

The memory dumps seem to point to a lower level hardware issue, but networking is also implicated. Please update your networking drivers (wired, wireless, and your Internet Security application).

3RD PARTY DRIVERS PRESENT IN THE DUMP FILES
- Create a System Restore Point prior to doing any of this. DO NOT mess with the drivers themselves - leave the Windows\System32\drivers directory alone unless we specifically direct you to it!
- Please either update the older drivers from the device manufacturer's website - or uninstall them from your system. Reference links are included below.
- DO NOT use Windows Update or the Update Drivers function of Device Manager.
- Please feel free to post back about any drivers that you are having difficulty locating.
- Windows Update exceptions may be noted below for Windows drivers.
