It sounds like something went horribly wrong with your Windows system files or registry. Have you used any registry cleaning tools on this system?

You may also try Disk Check with both boxes checked for all HDDs and with Automatically fix file system errors checked for all SSDs. Post back your logs for the checks after finding them using Check Disk (chkdsk) - Read Event Viewer Log. It is possible you have hard disk errors causing the problems.

Also, have you tried to use System Restore OPTION TWO to revert to an old restore point?

i have checked both hdds and here are the logs.btw i didnt set a restore point to more than 4 days so all i could was to restore it to 4 days earlier tho ive tried that also and it didnt fix the issue.and yes i have used ccleaner most of the time.also whats weird is i got a roommate that is usin a laptop and his command prompt doesnt recognize any of the commands.we are not on the same network i mean just connected to internet via same router.

here are the logs for c and d drives :

Run SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker up to three times to fix any corrupted Windows files. If it comes back with no integrity violations after the first run, post back here for further instructions. If you still get errors after the fourth run, go through OPTION THREE of that tutorial and use the Tip provided therein.
