    Desktop freeze, explorer.exe issue

sometimes my desktop freeze, i can't right or left click on anything, only the Taskbar is running, after searching for a solution i found that i can fix it temporarily by opening task manager and end "explorer.exe" process and then begin a new task for it....it was fixed but the problem repeated
so i need a permanent solution for this bug....please help me it's really annoying

Have you installed anything recently that interfaces with explorer? Perhaps a .rar file opener, .zip software, etc.? WinRAR has caused these issues in the past; do you have that installed?

    When did this problem begin?

Exactly when it happens ? When you are browsing files, or browsing internet, or the machine is idle ?

If you are browsing files, what type of documents are there in the folder ?

Do you have a restore point prior to 15 days ago? See the NOTE in OPTION ONE 8. of System Restore.

If you use a non aero (Basic or classic) theme, is it still happens ? Apply and have a look .

At the same time, you need to fill up your system specs, so that we can get the info about your hardware.

Did the system restore or the Aero performance/theme switch resolve the explorer crash?
