When changing (adding more memory maybe the hibernation parameters (and file) have to be adjusted.
Easiest way - disable hibernation, then enable to correct problem. On admin command prompt: powercfg -H off powercfg -H on

I have been experiencing BSOD random crashes for about 2/3 weeks now. Steps I have taken:
New motherboard installed by Dell
All drivers updated and checked by Dell
Hard drive checked for errors - none found
Drivers checked for latest - all up to date
All USB drivers uninstalled and restart...
