    bsod watching youtube, msging on facebook, playing error 0x00000124


    i have reinstall windows, done all tests etc. i have no idea what is wrong, please help.

    this computer had windows vista before and there was the same fault. in service informatics made all tests and reinstalled windows to 7, but there is still the same fault.

    btw. i cant load kernel symbols and dont know how to load it in windows debugger. any symbols patches are wrong.

    Take it back to service and tell them you have a hardware fault. Replacing the OS will not fix a hardware fault. Your service technicians made a mistake.

    u know how fault is it, processor or other they said it can be amd turion fault in my notebook.

    It is difficult to diagnose hardware in laptops. The best method for laptops is to return them to the manufacturer for repairs or find a service technician capable of troubleshooting the hardware.
