Solved BSOD on data transfer, I think

I'm getting a recurring BSOD on my new media PC and can't figure out the source. I've noticed it coincides with data transfer, once or twice when I left it downloading something big overnight and today twice when copying large chunks from the 3-HDD RAID to an external drive. I've considered that it might be the RAM, but running a memory diagnostic from a thumb drive (admittedly not for more than 1.5 passes) didn't turn up anything. Prime95 used to also crash to BSOD on super-intense memory tests, but that was when I experimented with a light overclock before giving up on that for now.

System in question:
Win7 x64 Ultimate
ASRock Pro3-M mATX Z68 motherboard
i5 2500K processor, no overclock (3.3ghz)
Corsair 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800 RAM
Silverstone 600W PSU
Seagate Momentus XT 750GB hard drive (system disk)
RAID of 3 Barracuda XT 3TB drives

Thanks for any suggestions! Running out of patience with this thing.

Update your TP-LINK USB Stick - 150Mbps Wireless N - Wireless - Products - Welcome to TP-LINK

Also run a hard drive scan on your drives
Hard drive scan usings SeaTools - http://www.seagate.com/ww/v/index.j...toid=552bd20cacdec010VgnVCM100000dd04090aRCRD - Both long and short tests

Well, the drivers were all already up-to-date, I tried that when the problems first showed athurx.sys on a bsod screen. Since that TLINK wifi adapter has also not been staying connected consistently, I went ahead and ejected it. It's only been a few hours, but I've continued the large copying operation that spawned two bsods in a row this afternoon and all seems to be working okay. I'll run the hard drive tests later, but they didn't show anything a few weeks ago when I tried them.
Pending another bsod, I guess I'll assume it was some kind of weird wifi adapter incompatibility and see if I can just get a different one. I'll update with further test results is the problem recurs. Otherwise, thanks for giving it a look over!
