Does sound like a bad battery.
Have you made sure the interior battery connector is clean and not blocked?
Do you know someone that you can borrow a battery from for testing?
If not, then you can either take or send it for testing, or replace the battery.

Go to your laptop support page and load the bluetooth
driver, appears that there isn't one.
