There are 7 dumps in the report and they are the same 7 from the first report you uploaded so that is why I said there are no new dumps.

  Description:
Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered.
This was happening frequently, but it hasn't happened since the 15th. When your video card is unable to recover, you get the STOP 0x116 BSOD that you were getting.

As for overall slowness, that may be caused by a program running. But to rule out a bad hard drive, run a hard drive scan
Hard drive scan usings SeaTools - SeaTools for Windows | Seagate - Both long and short tests

Please also run a memory test
Memtest86 - Run for 7-8 passes - http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html
