BSOD IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL from jerendeb, zip file attached

    BSOD IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.
Please open the attached to see a picture of the BSOD & the error when attempting to run System Health Report as well the the required specs with my comments concerning this desktop & a laptop with the exact issues.

Of note; both desktop & laptop will boot to Safe Mode with Networking.

Thank you in advance for any assistance before I reinstall Windows 7 Ultimate x64.:)

I presume that the jcgriff2 report is from the Desktop, an Acer Veriton X498G?

If you are using a USB mouse, please disregard the error messages about a PS2 mouse. If not, please let us know.

MSINFO32 shows a problem with the Security Processor Loader driver. This is usually a symptom of a virus infection, or an incompletely repaired virus infection. Please scan your system with one of these free antivirus scanners: Free Online AntiMalware Resources

The Driver Verifier enabled dumps blame tcpipreg.sys - a Windows networking driver.
As Windows files are rarely at fault, we start with suspecting your other networking components.
Please uninstall the following programs, reboot, and then download updated versions of ONLY those that are absolutely necessary:
    LogMeIn
    Hamachi
    TeamViewer (drivers date from 2007)
Kaseya Agent (I'm unfamiliar with this program, so I'm guessing on it's impact on the tcpipreg.sys driver).
    maybe Virtual networking drivers also?

If that doesn't fix it, then please try another network card. You can get one fairly cheaply at a local retailer (about $15 US) - and it's good to have on hand in case your primary card goes down.

The following info is just FYI, I've already addressed the issues that I saw in the above paragraphs:
3RD PARTY DRIVERS PRESENT IN THE DUMP FILES
    - Create a System Restore Point prior to doing any of this. DO NOT mess with the drivers themselves - leave the Windows\System32\drivers directory alone unless we specifically direct you to it!
    - Please either update the older drivers from the device manufacturer's website - or uninstall them from your system. Reference links are included below.
    - DO NOT use Windows Update or the Update Drivers function of Device Manager.
    - Please feel free to post back about any drivers that you are having difficulty locating.
    - Windows Update exceptions may be noted below for Windows drivers.

Can't do it in Safe Mode.
Try setting up a clean boot from Safe Mode ( Perform a clean startup to determine whether background programs are interfering with your game or program and How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7 )
Then see if you can boot into normal mode - then uninstall from there.

I downloaded Safe MSI which did enable Windows Installer/Uninstaller Safe Mode. http://www.windowsitpro.com/article/...-in-safe-mode-. Once I uninstalled, Logmein, Teamviewer & Hamachi (which our administrator blocked for all, but didn't unblock me) and I rebooted my whole system was okay. So that was an interesting exercise. Thanks usasma & for all the assistance.
