hehe, yeah. Got the same error now as well. One question, my ISO is 2,02GB. I kinda remember when I started downloading that it was over 3GB?? I just let the pc run and downloaded it for a couple of hours (slow connection) and it was finished when I got back.
I also read somewhere about the
driver missing, that it could be some kind of filters that was set wrong or something...
Here is what they said: "It is not an optical drive issue, it is that the installation CANNOT FIND THE RIGHT SATA CONTROLLER DRIVER.
If your SATA controller is set to AHCI or RAID, the installation needs the right
drivers. It should be on a cd or a DVD that came with the motherboard. That why it ask for a CD DVD driver(disk). If you don't have the driver disk, then go into BIOS and set controller mode to PATA or IDE or anything else than AHCI or RAID"
I did set it back to IDE after I removed my ssd (as it was AHCI), but let me check again...
Edit: Checked and its set to IDE, but what should it say under "SATA Configuration"?
